Our gym offers classes for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, and is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive training environment.
  • How do I get started?
    To get started, simply visit our facility during business hours and speak to one of our friendly staff members. They will guide you through the registration process, help you select the appropriate classes for your goals and experience level, and answer any questions you may have. We also offer trial classes or introductory packages for newcomers who want to try out our training programs.
  • Do I need any prior experience in martial arts or fitness to join?

  • Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
    Yes! We offer trial classes or introductory packages for newcomers who want to experience our training programs before committing to a membership. This allows you to get a feel for our classes, meet our instructors, and see if American Top Team Sandy Springs is the right fit for you.
  • Do you offer personal training or private lessons?

However, certain disciplines like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu may require a gi (uniform), which can be purchased at our facility.   • How much does membership cost?
    Membership costs vary depending on factors such as the type of membership, class frequency, and duration. We offer a range of membership options to suit different needs and budgets.   • Can I put my membership on hold?
    Membership Hold Request Information. As outlined within your membership documentation, you may put your monthly recurring membership on hold, at any time, for any reason. Membership hold requests must be submitted at least thirty days prior to your membership renewal date. Membership hold requests submitted within this thirty day period will be honored for the following month, unless an extreme circumstance is present. Membership payments are non-refundable. You may only submit one (1) hold request per calendar year. Memberships hold requests are valid for one billing cycle, and may be extended for a maximum of three billing cycles. Upon completion of the hold period, membership will automatically resume and payment will be proceed. If you select to choose to cancel your membership during a hold period, our standard 30 day notice is applicable.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    In order to cancel your membership please email us at info@attsandysprings.com. Also please review our cancellation policy in detail. We CANNOT cancel your membership in person or over the phone. In order for you to cancel your request must be emailed to the address above. Membership rates subject to change. If you reactivate your membership after cancelling, new membership rates, if applicable, will take effect. We hope this FAQ page answered some of your questions.
